After passing the course successfully, the student will:

● Understand and formulate vision and mission from a biblical framework, considering both theological nuances and practical application;
● Explore different models of power and structure within leadership and the church;
● Analyze strategies that inspire, motivate, and grow effective teams;
● Identify barriers to creating teams and design new approaches that enhance cooperation and team ownership;
● Effectively communicate vision and mission in everyday workflow, church ministry, and the community.
